BIEWER YORKIE TERRIER PRICES & SHIPPING FEES

Tango's Haus Biewers is located about 20 miles East of Dallas/Ft. Worth, just off of Interstate 20.  We live in a wonderful rural area amoung many trees and lush pastureland.  We are very proud of our Biewer Terriers and have imported and raised them since 2002, when we imported some of the first Biewers in this country.  We strive to produce the best Biewer Yorkie Terrier that can be born and we guarantee all of our babies for any and all genetic fault.

We welcome you to our kennel and if you are too far away to come to visit, then we make sure that you are comfortable in your choice BEFORE you are asked to put up a deposit on a puppy.  If you decide to put up a deposit on a Biewer puppy that is already born, then that deposit is non-refundable if you later decide to not purchase that Biewer puppy, but you can apply that same deposit towards a different Biewer puppy born at a later date from a different litter or a different puppy in the same litter, but the Biewer puppy has to be of the same quality and sex as the original Biewer puppy.  If you decide to put up a deposit BEFORE the puppy is born and you change your mind BEFORE the puppy is born, then your deposit will be refunded.  That is the ONLY way that a deposit is EVER refundable.

Final payment is due when your puppy reaches 7 weeks of age unless prior arrangements are made.  All Biewer puppies are scheduled to be picked up or shipped to you at 10 weeks of age , unless it is a very small Biewer puppy or a holiday and prior arrangements have been made.  If these limits are not met by you, then the adoption of this Biewer puppy will be considered null and void and all monies paid at that time will be considered forfeit and the Biewer puppy will be put back up for adoption.  The amount of time that I will hold a puppy for any individual is governed simply by the amount of space that I have available in my kennel and is not set by any other standard.  If you fail to fullfill any of these requirements within the alloted time limit the money that you have put up on the Biewer puppy will be considered forfeit, the adoption of the Biewer puppy will be considered null and void and the Biewer puppy will be put back on my webiste for adoption.  If we have pre-arranged a late pick-up date for your Biewer puppy, then you will also have to papy a slight pre-arranged fee for that service.  This service fee will vary with the amount of time and work involved.

All of this agreement between Tango's Haus Biewers and the new adoptive person or family shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the county of Kaufman, State of Texas and venue is contractually agreed to be in Kaufman County, Texas for ALL purposes.

Most Biewer Yorkie Terrier kennels will not guarantee size, but Tango's Haus Biewers does with set prices for the different sizes at one year of age and we will refund to the amount listed below according to what you originally paid when you submit a written statement to us from your veterinarian when your Biewer puppy turns one year of age.  You must have a signed copy of our written guarantee on file with us for this to be valid.

Total shipping cost on Continental Airlines within the US for small size kennel (up to 9 pounds, including kennel)             $265.00

Total shipping cost on Continental Airlines within the US for medium size kennel ( up to 20 pounds, including kennel)      $315.00

The price listed above is for Continental Airlines only.  If you want or need for a Biewer puppy or grown Biewer to be shipped to you on any other airline, then the price will probably be slightly higher.
